Room met the demands. We liked staying at Hakuba Grand. Amazing base for city trip in Hakuba;))

The lodging was situated near a charming pub and was an effortless ski-out area; the rooms were clean and comfortable with impressive mountain views. the bathrooms were maintained well with great water pressure, and the staff was always ready to assist with grocery or transport. the pantry was pre-stocked and there was a laundry/drying room that was quite handy for wet ski gear.

The hotel lacked an onsen on the premises, which is considered a significant amenity in Japan according to one review.

Great weekend! the rooms were big and clean and had everything we needed, even some food in the fridge. the staff was amazing, giving us recommendations and showing us around. the location was just perfect, close to restaurants and a short walk away from the ski lifts. We loved the gear locker, it was huge and made everything really easy.

There wasn't a bar inside the complex. It would have been nice to have a drink after skiing without having to leave the hotel.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, always available when we needed help and offered free transportation to the supermarket and ski school. The hotel facilities were perfect for our needs, including a drying room, washing machine and spacious parking lot. The location was ideal, very close to the ski lifts and a great pub. Cleanliness was top-notch, and breakfast was provided for us upon arrival. Staff made fun family activities available, like sleds and snowball makers.

What an amazing weekend we had! The staff was absolutely incredible, always going out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable and giving us helpful recommendations for things to do nearby. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and excellent restaurants just a short walk away. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with absolutely everything we needed to feel right at home. We especially appreciated the breakfast basket that was waiting for us when we arrived.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there were a couple of minor things we disliked, such as the lack of a bar on the property and the dryness of the air due to the heating. it would have been nice to have had a humidifier to combat the dryness.
